Salted Dill and Salmon

As long as your picking up a fresh and beautiful salmon fillet and using our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, reserve as a preferred preference than this simple recipe will delight your taste buds in the humblest way.

This is a serving for 2 people, multiply ingredients for additional servings

An easy way to change up your standard salmon serving.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of dill

  • Blu Estate Reserve EVOO

  • Himalayan salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon slices, 1 small lemon half

  • 2 pieces of Tasmanian salmon

Method

  1. Chop dill finely and mix with salt and pepper

  2. Using a large non stick pan on medium heat, place the salmon skin facing down for up to 5 minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  3. in a small bowl mix together Blu Estate reserve EVOO with your finely chopped dill, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

  4. Remove Salmon and plate up, pour the dressing over your salmon.
