This greek inspired mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil breakfast is a simple and quick way to add so much flavour to your next breakfast you spend entertaining guests. sometimes when we entertain so many guests we can feel overwhelmed, especially a morning banquet before coffee, but this recipe doesn't require much skill besides knowing how to boil your eggs so be sure to boil them to your liking, but they tend to work best here when boiled medium to hard boiled.

Ingredients

4 -5 eggs

dried oregano
-
pink Himalayan salt

Blu Estate Reserve or Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Method

Bring a pot of water to boil, and place 4-5 eggs in for 7-9 minutes depending on how you like your eggs boiled.

Drizzle Blu Estate EVOO over a plate, and season with oregano and salt.

Remove your boiled eggs and peel, slice and arrange each slice over the oil on your plate.

Drizzle a small amount of Blu Estate EVOO over the top of the egg slices, and sprinkle some more oregano.
Break up fresh or oven warmed pane di casa (bread) to dip into the oil, or as us Italians would say wipe your plate clean.
