Open Panino with Mushroom and Feta

Ingredients

  • Pane di casa, sliced in half

  • 1/4 Australia fetta

  • Fresh parsley

  • 5 small mushrooms, sliced in half

Method

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat, drizzle a small amount of Blu Estate EVOO and toss your mushrooms in.

  2. Add a sprinkle of salt to the pan, toss around the mushrooms till they begin to brown.

  3. Toast your pane di casa, and then drizzle Blu Estate Reserve EVOO.

  4. Place your mushrooms on the open pane di casa, break up some fetta over the top and then some parsley.
