Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • a sprinkle of salt

  • 1 large punnet of cherry tomatoes

  • Blu Estate Reserve EVOO

  • 1 large unpeeled garlic, sliced in half

Method

  1. Heat your pan and add a generous amount of EVOO, salt and garlic face down until golden brown.

  2. add your tomatoes and toss around until the tomato skin begins to soften, reduce heat to simmer.

  3. Boil a pot of water and add a sprinkle of salt and your pasta, cook pasta till ready.

  1. Remove pasta from the water and add it to your pan and add a few tablespoons of the water to your sauce, toss your pasta around to evenly distribute your sauce for a few minutes before serving.
