We ship Australia wide.

Processing and delivery lead times

In the unlikely event of an incomplete nominated delivery address, we will contact you via email to clarify the address details. This may cause a delay to the processing of your item.

All orders received during business hours, between Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

All orders placed outside of these hours will be prioritised for the next batch of deliveries on the following business day.

Metropolitan deliveries:

Please allow a delivery lead time of up to 2 - 5 business days once shipped.

Regional deliveries:

Please allow a lead time of up to 5 days once shipped. Regional orders generally require more deliver time.

Confirmation of order:

You will receive an emailed confirmation of your order, to the nominated email. if you do not receive this email, please notify the office at

Australian Shipping:

Your item will be shipped with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number for your parcel via email, once your item has been dispatched. You may track your item for the delivery status via the link emailed to you.

All deliveries must be signed for, if you’re not available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office for collection. Please refer to Australia Post, to determine their holding parcel time-frame.

*please note that once your parcel is with Australia Post delivery and or office, we are unable to liaise with Australia Post, as we do not have access to their systems.

Shipping charges:

All purchases made on will be charged in Australian Dollars.

A flat rate of $20.00 applies to each order.
